Sports Card Product Release: 2022 Spectra Football Early Sales Indicators
The first higher-end 2022 football release is here, as Spectra Football hobby is releasing today. Each box includes 4 packs and 4 cards per pack. According to Cardboard Connection, on average you can find 4 autos. 4 relics and 1 insert. New parallels this year include the Interstellar /60, Astral /40 and Universal Die-Cut /10. The one insert per box can also include the brand new Rookie Spectris, Spectraverse and Wavelength cards.
Spectra cards from the First Off The Line product have already hit eBay, with the biggest chases being the exclusive FOTL Wave parallels. Two cards currently listed are a Brock Purdy Wave RC /11 and a Chris Olave / Jameson Williams Wave Dual RPA /16. The Purdy is listed at $2,500 buy-it-now or best offer while the Olave / Williams card is listed for auction (current bid: $153). Everyone knows the story of Purdy at this point; the Iowa State man is aiming to be the first rookie QB to win a playoff game since Russell Wilson in 2012. Olave and Williams are two of the top rookie WRs, but unfortunately neither the Saints or Lions ended up making the playoffs.
